This is a super special project which we can’t wait to tell you more about! But for now, we can just give you a teaser. This app was conceptualised by a leading sports psychologist. However, the first iteration of the app that he had done was far too complex and users didn’t understand it. We came in for some ‘digital transformation’. We refocused the app with a clear user-driven value proposition. We simplified the user interface and journey, and created the business model for growth and monetisation.
